Questions
How are payouts handled?
Payouts are issued manually each month once your accrued balance is reviewed. Add a payout email when you sign up so we know where to send your earnings.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked at checkout and at the webhook — your affiliate account email and account id cannot match the buyer's. Attempts are logged for fraud review.
What happens on refunds?
If a subscriber you referred gets a refund, the commission for that invoice is clawed back so you're never paid for a refunded charge. Commissions on already-paid invoices stay accrued.
Do I need a wallet?
No. The affiliate program uses your ZenCore account — the same email login you use for the marketplace. No wallet or on-chain transaction required.
