Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to zencore.solutions and ZenCore services operated by Zencore AI Ltd ("ZenCore", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ZenCore provides:

• A marketing site and waitlist
• ZenCore accounts for tenant identity across marketplace, mint, and agent management flows
• Marketplace stack subscriptions and agent package import/export
• Agent deployment and hosting orchestration
• Agent 01 NFT mint and wallet-gated add-ons on PulseChain (wallet required only for those products)

Features may change as we ship updates. Beta or preview features are provided as-is.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including crypto and tax rules where applicable.

3. Accounts and security

• A ZenCore account (email/password or Google) is required to install agents, subscribe to stacks, and complete most checkout flows.
• Homepage waitlist Google sign-in is separate from a ZenCore account and does not grant deploy access.
• Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
• Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth. Use account recovery at /account/forgot-password if you lose access.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid products are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and refund rules are shown at checkout. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

NFT mints and on-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on PulseChain. You are responsible for wallet security and gas fees.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, attack, or attempt to bypass security controls (including Turnstile and rate limits)
• Deploy malware, spam, or illegal content through agents
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Scrape or overload our infrastructure without permission
• Misrepresent affiliation with ZenCore

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

ZenCore software, branding, documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. NFT ownership grants rights described in the mint product documentation; it does not transfer our platform IP.

You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it to operate your agents.

7. Third-party services

ZenCore integrates Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, OpenClaw-based agent runtimes, and blockchain networks. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI agents can produce incorrect information; you are responsible for decisions based on their output.

On-chain assets and crypto markets involve risk. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenCore and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ZenCore against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. In the EEA/UK you must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy before account or waitlist signup.

12. Termination

You may stop using ZenCore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or discontinuation of a product. Provisions that should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
